Woman arrested, man wanted in connection to fatal shooting in Norfolk's NEON District

NORFOLK, Va. - Norfolk Police are searching for a second suspect wanted in connection to a shooting in the NEON District that left one man dead.

According to police, on November 18 around 10 p.m., police responded for the report of a gunshot victim in the 800 block of Granby Street.

When police arrived, they found 33-year-old Abram D. Randle, of Norfolk, suffering from gunshot wounds. Randle was pronounced dead at the scene.

As a result of the investigation, detectives have charged two people.

27-year-old Celia E. Williams, of Norfolk, has been arrested and charged with accessory after the fact, and Marqail King, 25, has been charged with second degree murder and use of a firearm.

King is still currently wanted and anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call the Norfolk Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP or submit a tip through the P3 mobile app.

The motive surrounding this deadly shooting has not been released.
